It is possible to use the Chilled Pubs App without creating an account
Some people might do this if they download the app at the pub.... and they just want to order & pay... then create an account later. In this example, the guest will receive a receipt via email
If you use the Chilled Pubs App without logging in to an account, you cannot earn and spend Chilled Points. To earn and spend points, you need to be logged into your account on the Chilled Pubs App
The Process
Find your emailed receipt
Start up The Chilled Pubs App.... and make sure you are logged in
Click 'More' on the bottom right
Click 'My Account'
Click 'Redeem Points'
Click 'Email Receipt'
Enter the Redemption Code from the emailed receipt
When you are told that your claim has been successful, you can check that your points have been put into your account
Common Mistakes
Trying to claim points with a 'Card Receipt' will not work
If the bill is split between 2 or more people, each person needs to enter the exact amount that they paid
