The best way to amend a booking is to:
1. Navigate to 'Bookings' in the main navigation bar
2. Select 'Edit a Booking'
3. Enter your booking reference - you can find this in either your booking confirmation email or text...
Within 'Edit a Booking' you can edit any details of your booking i.e. Date, Time or Area (provided there is availability)
Once you progress past the booking details pages, you can also add pre-order items to your existing booking.

We will do not charge you for a cancellation or amendment.
It is not always possible to add a chair onto the end of your booked tables as sometimes this can block off walkways which can be hazardous when our team are walking around with hot food and drinks.
We take card details when you book online, this is just to ensure you’re not a robot!! or a malicious booker.
Chilled Pubs do not store your card details, they are held by a secure, specialist third party - compliant with all data protection rules
Our Helpdesk team cannot add pre-order items to your booking... These must be added to any bookings by the guest.
